Membership
A membership year is a 12 month period from payment of dues. It includes two adults age 18 or over at the same address.
There are 2 levels of personal membership:
Basic membership - $25.00 per year - $35.00 outside the USA
Patron Membership - $85.00 per year

Gold level sponsor $300

SOCIETY PUBLICATIONS
THE JCGS NEWSLETTER, free to members
The JCGS newsletter is published six times each year. It features news of the society's activities, such as meetings, programs and participation in community events. The newsletter also provides information regarding activities of other genealogical societies and programs of interest to JCGS members. Rounding out the newsletter's content are articles of genealogical and historical interest involving Jackson County, Michigan.
THE LEXICON, free to members
The Lexicon is the quarterly indexed periodical of the Society specializing in Jackson County information. Regular features include newspaper excerpts, family histories, tombstone inscriptions, naturalizations, deeds, court records, censuses, probate records, and other articles of interest to Jackson county researchers.
